Many people suffer from stress. And it is not just men and women, also young people too.The main causes of stress are : job pressure, exams, money, marriage, divorce, ending relationships, illness in the family, and death.Some  doctors advise people to change their life style altogether: do yoga, exercise, play a sport, paint,etc. Other doctors say there are simpler ways of relieving stress. Their advice is that people should laugh and smile more frequently. When you lugh and smile, your body relaxes.

                SAN PEDRO SCHOOL  ECO-PROMISE

In the last five years , San Pedro School in ELTambo, Nariño, has become the number one school in the region to efficiently manage most of the waste its students, teachers and workers  throw away. According to the ecological group, San Pedro School has reduced 80% of the waste that goes to the local rubbish dump by promoting an interesting environmental education programme, that promoves  the importance of recycling, reusing and reducing non-organic material. It promotes the use of composting  to turn organic waste into fertilizer to the school garden. The school is having a positive effect on the environment.
